Gaby and I went around London...

i absolutely love london during the holidays
my first time here was a december trip
and it was wonderful
so i think i have a special place in my heart for this city during christmas
Thursday
Our Sushi Thanksgiving...
We were missing home and wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving
So we did it by having Japanese food in London
Yo! Sushi... best damn conveyer belt sushi i've ever had
the kids enjoying our makeshift thanksgiving dinner

30 quid worth ($60 eek)
and thats just my bill
but it was worth every penny (i mean pence)
the sushi made us happy :)

randomly saw this leaving tesco
somewhere a poor little girl is without her boot :(
we baked
matt matt made place cards
they said stuff like "nicole espina, journalist"
and "gaby barajas, mexican lawyer" lol
a proper thanksgiving dinner!!
marilyn's mom flew in from seattle and cooked us an awesome turkey <33
you can't see em but..
we had all the trimmings
turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, salad, veggies, yams, green bean salad
it was (almost) like home <3

oh yea, all from scratch
i give em a 10

americans, italians, greeks and a brit
Even though sushi was awesome, it was no replacement for a proper Thanksgiving dinner.
So it was absolutely wicked to have one.
It was a day late and minus my family but awesome nonetheless.
I was looking at pics from Rich from Juneish and I started feeling homesick.
Even for work.
I love it here but I'm feeling ready to go home.
