As Katherine has some shiny vampire powers and needs to drink blood to survive. Normally she would probably just drink them dry and be done with it like the evil vampire she is, however since she's in a new place I'll play her as being more careful and make her only take what she needs and maybe brainwash them into forgetting afterwards (or not,

Can Katherine drink from your character?: She can try. Given that his blood charges up humans because it's so cool advanced, it'll probably be pretty sweet for her, too. But he's pretty crafty, so if he knows she's going for it, or if she's already done it before, it'll probably be a challenge. (Quite possibly yp to toxifying it or regulating blood flow)
If so, would you like her to compell them to forget?: Nope.
Can Katherine compell/hypnotize your character to do things for her?: She can try, but she won't succeed. His own telepathic nature would stop her, and he's got centuries of experience dealing with creatures/various baddies trying to hypnotize him. She'll probably get lecture out of it.
Can Katherine manipulate your character's dreams?: /points up/ She can try, if she catches him during his one hour of sleep, but she'll only be able to access it if he lets her in...and then she'll get a lecture 8|
