Um hi...I was making a run to the store for some snacks and found some guy who looks like he got the tar beaten out of him.

I'm in Neon city...I'm not sure if I should move him...plus he's naked.

I ran a series of optical scans on the area, there are a billion or so footprints that got messed up like there was a mob, but alot of them are alike.

So...yeah I got a pretty good idea who might have been here. Billy Numerous.

Also there are marks that indicate a car was here and now it's not for all the use that is.
