You're at a weird point in life.
And I've found that just relating these things to people who are going through similar situations (basically anyone 18-22) helps a lot.

So in other words, find a group of friends you can talk to.
People you can trust. People who can offer helpful advice.

But it's good that you're willing to be honest on here. That's a start.
