next door are playing there music very very loud and there is nothing i can do about it. I am so annoyed. Gonna be windmilling soon if they are not careful. Fucking scallys.....this now means that i am gonna be tired and miserable tomorrow and it shall effect my work. Sorry alice

errr... its against the law to play loud music after 11am without a lisence... you should have called the police.

i tried that once before and they said they could not do anything about it. They just say that if it contines for 2 weeks i can apply for a recorder of some sort which records the decimals or something and then they can take action. Its rubbish.

i dont know how to explain it really. It is a type of person - who listens to hardcore dance music - wears thier socks over thier trousers - usually wears tracksuits and a cap - and generally just causes trouble 24/7. They dont have jobs usually and just walk around the streets drinking cider or special brew. I am being a little prejeduce saying these things but i was angry at the time.

Hope this helps in being able to visualize a scalley - i think they are a british thing that has come out in the last couple of years - maybe longer. THey are the british gangsters.
