thats awesome you say dave, i cant believe its a year since then. it all goes so quickly. *sniff*.

i say ditch him, if hes holding you back.
remember this isnt uni any more we dont have to carry people or worry about group marks. you are the director that means what you say goes, if he cant handle that then hes in the wrong business.
