Just got back from ATL and the Mr. GA

Went up to ATL this past weekend to see a friend compete at the Mr. Georgia. It's definetly an interesting experience. Neither truely positive or negative, just different. I mean, how often do you walk in a land of giants? haha.. there were some BIG guys there (in the audience and on stage). One of the strangest competators I saw was one that

My (other) friend Scott from my gym just competed in the Atlantic States a couple weeks ago and got second (!), the lucky bastard, while Joe's going for the Masters in Pittsburgh this coming weekend.

Glad you had fun and are getting out of the house. I'm in Buckhead/Atlanta next weekend to take the kids and the girls to the Seaquarium.

I had a blah zoom and I was sitting on the fourth row. After I pass 150mm on my lens, any shake/motion produces extremely blurry photos unless I use a tripod.

Mutton chops guy is so Paul Tootle from American Chopper's clone.

I did have a good time, got to know some of the people in the gym better as well. Any chance you'll be closer to Savannah next weekend as well? Mom and I are actually going Sunday night to my brother's Secret Service Basic Training graduation in Brunswick, GA which is just an hour south of Savannah.

We'll just be in Atlanta and Athens this time out. That's why the girls are coming up to Atlanta.

Mitch and I went to the aquairum a couple years ago with his family, but it's worth a second visit.
