Ok I'm back. First full day back from Chicago. Hard to believe the weekend before last I dragged a Christmas tree up to my brother and his wife in Laurel, Maryland followed by a wedding in Williamsburg, VA and then the next weekend I went to Chicago. I'm traveled out!

That sounds like a blast Scott, and I'm jealous you got to see The Family Guy show (I'd heard about it). You're turning into a regular globetrotter these days...

Just make sure you can still fit in those airline seats!

Hehe.. the Family Guy Live show really took the trip from great to freakin' awesome. I think I'll actually wait a while before I take another trip though. Traveling is murder on my daily diet/workouts.

As far as airline seats... I hate them with a passion. I mean, I try to be considerate of people sitting next to me and end up sitting in the most uncomfortable position during the entire flight. Meh, go figure. It's only going to get worse as I get larger!

It's good to hear how your trips went, Scott. Being southern and a Virginia native, I take offense at your surprise about the "southerness" of the wedding "even though it was in VA." Need I remind you that Richmond--not Atlanta-- was the capital of the Confederacy. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't experience much southern hospitality. Anything south of Fredericksburg is still quite southern...oh, well.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed Chicago. Boston & Chicago are the two northern cities that I really enjoy visiting. A wide variety of people, food, and things to do but in a manageable area.

Are you back gaining again? I hope your workouts are going great. I look forward to chatting with you again soon.
