Pretty Scary Huh? I never thought the day would come when wanna be Limbaughs would flood the channels with mis-information. That a supposedly educated, even successful cross-section of our population would lock step with these goose-schteppers is cause for concern.
As angry as it makes me that "people will swallow anything if you hype it long enough"(as supposedly Hermann Goerring said), I am more concerned that in a country with such a high standard of living there is this level of ignorance.
My Mass Comm. professor starts off the course with this tidbit: "Media and Advertising derive from the techniques used in Propaganda during World War II".
And so we return to the Dark Ages.
