Even I have become quite impressed with CC despite him being a Republican. But I still hold a grudge that he vetoed New Jersey's chance at marriage equality. I wonder if he would dare try that again, though.

The House also refused to vote on extending the Violence Against Women act to LGBT, Native American Women, and Domestic Partnerships (I believe) and as such, it will now have to be re-brought up with the new Congress. (Sen. Patty Murry is heading it and she's from my state and while I don't always agree with her, I think this is something that needs to be dealt with.) So not only did the Republicans not vote for Sandy Relief, they also didn't vote for protecting women.

Well, shoot. I did hear about that. I wonder if that was the item I was trying to think of as I felt like I forgot something or if there's still something else.

That's possible. I really wish they'd get their acts together before they lose their whole base. It seems that more and more ultra Conservatives are running the show and they refuse to listen to the Moderates.

Oh that reminds me! Since Election Day it appears Sean Hannity of Faux News has lost more than half of his viewership. Even Bill'O has taken a hit, although not quite so drastic. Their audiences finally seeing them for the lying hacks that they are? I just wonder how long that will really last considering the short attention span their demographic has.
