Can't help you with Rammstein, but there's a new Neil's Puppet Dream in which his dream is a barren desert, even devoid of nudity (although not for a lack of trying), but David's dream has Calypso music, near-naked dancing cabana boys, drag queens, and margaritas. And an appearance by Joe Manganiello.
