I'll start with Glinda. Bailey only met her once when she was talking to Emilio about...something...sex, probably. Anyway, Bailey honestly thinks of Glinda as being a nosy busybody who should mind her own business. The irony kills.
Francescu considers Bailey competent and sensible; he respects her, though he doesn't necessarily consider her a friend. He enjoys talking to her, in general.
Likewise. Bailey finds Mr. Gargamel to be intelligent and helpful (pink cloud, Georgie). He can have an in depth and coherent conversation with her and she likes it. His often stilted etiquette is the one thing that does throw her--while she enjoys being polite, she doesn't like to stand too much on formality. The whole magic and true sight talk threw here as well, but she's getting used to it, as you may have noticed.
Truthfully? Bailey likes Cher. Not that she would ever actually admit it. She thinks the girl is a good change from the normal teenager (which is what she was trying to tell her, but...it got muddled) and appreciates her willingness to help out. However, Bailey doesn't always appreciate the jokes that Cher makes, but that's because Bailey is...Bailey.
And I'll give you reverse - Cher thinks Bailey is pretty cool. She likes adults that give her responsibility and believe in her ability to do important things and she likes it even better when they're friendly to her - so she thinks Bailey is awesome, pretty much. Obviously their senses of humour aren't always the meshiest but Cher does admire many of Bailey's qualities and like doing things with her, which pretty much cancels out any suck caused by jokes falling flat.
Unfortunately, Bailey doesn't remember too much about Dumbledore from the whole happy door incident. She does remember a genial, older British gentleman with an extraordinarily long beard though. (They need to meet again, I tell you.)
She is amused by Swift's flippancy, even if she won't admit it. She also has him grouped in as part of Pell's peeps, so, that's a mark up in his favor.
PS: Ying thinks Bailey is awesome because lawl strong woman who respects her.
And Light is relieved to have a doctor who ISN'T against him, in case something happens to him. Plus, if he can turn Bailey against Simon and Ryuuken in his favor, all the better!
Light had better be careful. If she ever finds out what is going on in that scheming head of his, she will be very unhappy. As in, shunning him. Of course, if he is ever brought into her ER/OR, she will treat him, the same as every other patient. She's healed rapists and murderers before without even thinking about it---what's one more serial murderer to add to the bunch?
She's only met Light and Ying, and I fear the day she meets Beavis.
Ying: Bailey thinks of Ying as being a bit hot tempered, but certainly dependable and trustworthy. She also sees her as another strong woman and knows that the girl can fend for herself. That doesn't mean she won't be willing to help her out whenever she can. Ying's leaving the hospital really threw her, especially since that leaves only she and Nurse Garland. She knows that Ying doesn't need to have her battles fought for her, but she will always be there to back her up. Ying---Bailey is your mafia.
Light: She likes Light. She's amused by his very polite manners, but really appreciated him helping her out during her...genderswitch. Even if the tennis game was interrupted. (Speaking of which, let me know when you're threading with Light again--Bailey got him something.) She thinks he is a smart kid and enjoys talking with him. And of course, she wouldn't mind seeing him around more. It's nice to have campers who appreciate

Swift hasn't formed an impression beyond human doctor, but I think he knows Pell likes her, which is good.

Swift is just friendly I did not have to look up 'flippancy' why do you ask?, and he keeps tabs on Pell so I'm sure they'll have more interaction.

I don't think you met Lu, Da, or Beavis, but I MAY BE WRONG.
