Thanks for the link! I tracked it back to the PubMed abstract, and it looks legit, though it's not immediately obvious what changes to make to treatment. It's nice to have even the outline of an explanation for the partial effectiveness of SNRIs.

Alas, one of the results for me of reading this was to be more than usually aware of how much my hands hurt. It was a bad flare hot yucky day.
