So possibly he screwed this one up a little.

He doesn't normally accept these messy on-site jobs, more content with the comforts of his computer screen and Lucille, a remote access point set up far, far away from angry men with guns. Dubenich had promised him obscene amounts of money and that nobody would question him so long as he had the access cards he'd been provided with.

...though he realizes now that there was also the part where Dubenich had played him like a fiddle. ('You are the best, aren't you? It shouldn't be a problem.') And before he knew it, Hardison was explaining just how much of a cakewalk it would be to a smirking Dubenich ( ... )

oh my god. OH MY GOD. This is everything I never knew I wanted. It's so perfect and so Hardison and so them that I can't concentrate on what I was even supposed to be doing, I just want to live in this forever and ever until the end of time. And the fact that it parallels Rose like WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO ME. Except of course it's the roof and not the basement because Parker is Parker and I just love everything. Most especially, I love how genuine it feels. You rule.

Please tell me this is part 1 of 70000.

thank you! Ugh, I'm so glad this kinda sorta worked out. The whole thing clobbered me when I saw the prompt, which then turned into a mad dash (complete with crazy-person hair pulling) to get all my feels out before the words went away. (uug.)

I kinda wish Parker!Doctor was a thing that happened, so, maybe? Because I need to see the TARDIS look like a magic trunk (or a Glenn-Rieder safe, I'm not picky) on the outside and be a warehouse on the inside for reasons and possibly there is more brewing?

I woke up today with the realisation I never replied! I'm sorry!!

THIS FIC IS AMAZING AND IT BETTERED THE WRECK THAT WAS MY PREVIOUS WEEK.
