okay, so I've been gushing for a while to my roommates... and family... and random strangers that I meet on the bus, about the amazing story that is scribblestorm's Noir!fic. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and just had to draw something for it.

This is amazing! You put an incredible amount of detail in to it. I'm especially impressed with the folds on the clothing. (I dabble in art, so I notice weird things like that). My favorite part however? Oddly enough, Suzaku's hat.

Isn't it weird the things you start to notice when you start to draw? I've been out with friends and we've had to stop so I can secretly admire the color of someones skin, or the shape of their neck haha idk it's odd.

I would wear Suzaku's hat every day if I could, those old fedoras rock my world. Thank you so much for commenting!

I was once watching anime with my all relatively artsy friends, and we got into a discussion about how the shading in the face made the character look ominous and scary.

I can't remember if Aki wrote Suzaku with a trench coat, but I think he needs one.

I think she did write him with a trench coat at one time. I was going to add it in but...I really wanted to show off his sleeves. XD

oh man, I absolutely love all of her fics but this one definitely holds a special place in my heart. I'm really really really really happy that you think I was able to capture the mood of the old movies. They're really great for inspiration. Thanks for taking a look at my picture!

aww thank you. <3 dear little Lulu gave me some trouble at first, so I'm very happy to hear that he turned out okay.
