Just how bad is this power cap thing?

I figured I'd go out and see if I could take out a bunch of those crab things, but I gotta know how low I'll be. Last thing I need is to collapse right in the middle of a huge nest of 'em.

I'm not sure how it works from person to person. I mean...I can usually get off quite a few spells but most of them are a lot less effective than they normally would be.

It might be wise to take someone else with you just in case, especially if you don't know your own power limit yet.
