There is indeed a lease. A buyer may want the place as it is, fully tenanted. We'll have to see. It's sucks that there'll be things like viewings, etc...

Yeah, this landlord is an asshole, through and through. He is famous for trying to sell those properties and never being able to and/or lying about moving his 'family' into units to get rid of tenants. Two of the buildings were actually condemned years ago and were supposed to be torn down to build condos...
