No :( The frustrating thing is that whenever I ask for help, the problem is relayed to another person. I ask the Quest support team for help, and they tell me to talk to my instructor. My prof relays the problem to a CS undergrad. advisor. And then the advisor tells me to talk to the Quest support.

This is going to take forever to fix.
