Okay so for those of you I don't get to talk to as much as I would like, I am officially engaged!  This past weekend Joe and I flew to my home town of Omaha, NE, and he officially proposed to me.  In other words, he asked my daddy for my hand and then proposed to me at the zoo (my happy spot back home for those that don't know).  So I have been
