I'm getting really tired of these CVS managers.  They're changed around in that store the way we change our underwear, and frankly, I haven't met one that I truly respected YET.  
The first one, the one that hired me, couldn't run the store worth a damn and she let too much slide around, like a wet foot in a rubber sandal with no backings.

this weather is making me laugh.  the first day of december and it's MUGGY with thunderstorms.  hey, we've had a snowstorm in may quite a few moons ago so I guess anything is possible.

Well, I've had the past 4 days off from Retail, and all I can say is that it's been nice.   Cuddles has been lovin the fact that his Mummy is home with him lately!!!  Unfortunately, today is my last day of freedom.  I go back tomorrow for Friends & Family Day 8-4.

I almost forgot how much I loved Turkey meat.  It's such an under-appreciated species of poultry, we really only cook it during Christmas, and obviously, Thanksgiving and I wish that weren't so.  In fact, I think I'll make a Turkey Dinner (a traditional one) every so often, like once every other month (excluding heavy summer months).  It's so good ( Read more... )
