i went through the same, and kinda going through the same right now, try to slow down if possible. and you time is and important time, because u're the only you you've got, and as far as iron... do you take you vitamins? if not, look into some, because the last thing u wanna do is to random pass out at work. take care.
Maybe you should take a real break even if it's just a few minutes a day to spend with yourself doing something you love to do. It will make you feel better and you could fit a little workout to wake up you or put you to sleep whatever it may be. I was...well am like that with friends and eating sometimes, it's not good for you at all, I'm anemic and have to take a mutli vitamin just so it doesn't affect me. That's why I'm trying to gain weight...lol j/k. I hope you feel better and get some much needed rest. :)
i was like that during the school year... and thats probably i too got tired so easily. but over the summer i've been going to gym. getting more sleep than ever and even today when i woke hope instead of getting a snack out the snack cabinets i grabbed a fruit instead. hopefully i can carry this on with me throughout the school year. i use to take vitamins at school also cause i knew i wasnt doing myself justice. but during the summer i hardly cause i'm doing good for myself. i hope you can find time for yourself to calm down and take care of yourself cause its best you start today and not put it off till later. have a blessed day. hope you feel better.
