the things you can learn about someone in 10 minutes

so last night i went out to dinner at passereilo's (spell much?) with chelsea gross and sadaf. afterwards we walked out the back way and were across from the library when this guy (white shoes, shorts to his ankles, 2 huge chain necklaces with crosses, huge shirt, one of those hats things (forget the name)) asked to use one of our cell phones.
