Alone Time
I didn't do anything today, I decided to not go to school and stay home and sleep instead, I know naughty me, but I just didn't feel like getting up and out of bed. I wrote something and I don't know if I like it yet so I'll post it and if I get a bunch of people (who am I kidding no one actually reads this.)

Cannot explain- the truth from the start
Divided I stand, alone in the dark
With whispers of silence, tearing me apart
Have you not seen the mask slip?
Tears trickle down rogue cheeks-
Eyes lie from defeat
Worn and tired- unable to speak
Lips that scream for the bloody fight
To end with a simple sigh

The age in the heart
