well, we just watched WE DONT LIVE HERE ANYMORE. it is a movie with mark ruffalo, paul krause, naomi watts, and laura dern, where they are two married couples going thru trouble and cheating on eachother with eachother. it is very depressing. it makes me feel like writing something depressing ( Read more... )

i saw the previews to we don't live here anymore a while ago and have wanted to see it since. the story reminds me of a john irving book, the 158 lb marriage, that i loved. really really good/depressing book.

i think ive heard of that book, butve never read it. it wasnt really that the movie was depressing that turned me off of it, its just that the whole thing is just these two couples arguing, with no real resolution at the end. cuz, you know, im all about depressing stuff! plus, it was way too reminding of when my own marriage was falling apart.
