So my sister wants me to come home on a weekend at the end of March or beg of April for the boys' baptism.  The tickets are between 1200 and 3000+ dollars.  I really dont have a problem with being on the plane so much.  ie. I would leave Friday morning, get home fri afternoon.. and leave Sat night and get back here Sun night.  But, it costs a lot

i totally agree with you...i doubt she'll see it that way, but i'm sure you've already realized this. and hopefully she understands that you would love to be able to be there.

but i wish it was at a time that i would be home so there would at least be a chance of me seeing you!!!

anyway, hope you had fun at mardi gras and whatnot.

I love how you can guess her response now that I have complained about her enough. Yeah I still haven't gotten an email back, and I am sure that she read it because she was responding right away so we could get it all figured out. I tried calling my dad to tell him that that is what I told her, but he didn't answer.. so hopefully she isn't bribing him.

.. because it is Meridith. No actually most ppl are baptized within like 3 months of when they are born. And they wear the little tiny baptismal gowns. But if they waited they would have to wear like regular clothes. Which is fine.. but you know not NORMAL so it would be tragic.
