Today was the day for pleasant surprises. First of all, I got my finances all straightened out (and I shall be able to make ends meet this month, thankfully). Secondly, I called the temp agency and they said they have a position for me at Rhode Island School of Design, starting on Tuesday (the day after I return home!) I have recently been thinking of getting some plants for my new flat! Boo, too bad you can't mail some over to London!!

I'll take some...esp if there's anything I can pot and put in the common room of my suite. We really want some plants in here! But I could plant some stuff in my yard at home.

there might be some houseplants. but probably a lot of outdoor plants, mostly daylilies.

Is there any way the wanker could possibly help out? He's gonna have to agree with the Sparkles about the whole black thumb thing, but I am willing to be in the name of wank that Jean would love to get her hands on some of said material.

Very happy to hear that all financial related matters are taken care of as well. =P

I would love to give Jean some plants, if she's interested in daylilies. Let me know what colors she might like and I'll get a selection picked out for you that I can give you the first weekend in October when I visit UConn.
