This was freaking hilarious! This is the end to the game "Portal" (sort of a spin-off from the Half-Life games). You're the test subject of Aperture Science Enrichment Center and the insane computer is running the tests. It promises you cake!

It's honestly a great game. Short, but lots of fun. It really screws with your spatial recognition. At least check out the "boss battle" on youtube. The computer keeps insulting you. GAMEFAQs also has a complete script of the game (like I said, very short) and all the things GLaDOS (computer) and the gun turrets say to you in the game.
