So...my life really isn't that interesting still. Cat's okay, ended up not having to take her to the vet because she got over the sniffles all by herself. So yay! No vet bills and healthy cat! ^_^ She's back to annoying me about killing the Evilest Stick There Ever Was and the Receipt of DOOM and whatever bit of trash she likes chasing 'cause

I do like True Blood so far. I was curious and happened across the books, so I started reading while at work--now I'm on book three. You should definitely give them a try if you have time to read. They're pretty similar to the show (though Tara is a show-only character), and they have good plots. Thought it will probably spoil you for the show, since it's staying so true to the books.

It's like: finally. A good show about vampires where I don't have to see David Boreanez's face.

I read some of what happens on Wikipedia, so I spoiled some of myself. I should read the books as I don't like what I'm reading now too much. What're they called again?

Also, I'm adoring your icon picture. Do you always rock the eye make up? 'Cause you totally should. Your eyes pop.

The first one is Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris.

And I don't typically wear eye make up because I'm lazy and contacts tire my eyes. On the occasions I do, however, I'm fucking hot.

I are still skeptical about True Blood. Sookie has this dimbulb look on her face that I _think_ is supposed to be attractive for like... 75% of the two episodes I've seen. V. odd.

I'm also addicted to a couple of webcomics if you want 'em. ;) *is an enabler!*

I'm addicted to webcomics too! Dominic Deegan is my latest, other than XKCD.

Sookie's dumb look is supposed to be innocence. She's kinda naïve and spacey as she's trying to block out everyone else's thoughts and she's not "educated". I trust Anna Paquin...girl won an Oscar at age 11 and she's much more talented than most young actresses *cough*KateBosworth*cough*.

Anyway, I'm in it more for Steven Moyer, the guy who plays Bill (he's British, by the way). He's hot.
