yeah, I totally agree. It doesn't matter how shitty the costume looks on me... It's from 1983! from a car dealership! and I have photos of the original wearers of the costumes!

I'll be a furry's wet dream. heh

Hmm, I'm still thinking about going as a plushie - sewing a teddy bear to my crotch. I think that may not go over quite so well at the Fed, though.

I know right. It's like even if you didn't know the year of the photo, you would still know it was an 80s thing. heh.

you'll come up with something good for a costume, like you always do...

I'm so voting for some laundrying fabric shrinkage.

Anyway, you'll look *hawt*...you *were* the only one of us that actually looked cute in the mask thing. I don't know how you got that thing zipped up. I'd need to steamroll my ribcage.

It took some patience to get it zipped. In fact, I started freaking out about "what if I have to go to the bathroom" which would be a major ordeal... so I installed snaps on the crotch. woohoo! We's in bidniss!

I still need help with my costume! I haven't had a chance to look for feathers. Do you understand the instructions for the bustle? It makes no sense to me.

I will call you laters.

yeah, I think I understand it. I won't have time before sunday to help you get the supplies, though. (We have a wedding tomorrow). You'll know what tulle is, right? They sell that at Walmart, like $1-$2 per yard, cheap. You can get it at any fabric store as well. Get your supplies together and we'll figure it out on Sunday. I have a glue gun, and probably fabric glue and other crap that might be helpful... and we'll have access to a sewing machine, etc. you have a stapler? I forgot to ask S. about the feathers... I'll ask right now.

Yes, please do ask S! I found some online, but obviously there's no time. I'll try to find everything tonight, because tomorrow is uber busy. I can lift a stapler from the office for the weekend. :)
