For the record, I think HBO's "the Sopranos" is a well-written, intellectual piece of garbage. I don't have any more respect for the people I hear who talk about it or give it good reviews, and I'm disgusted that my mother is so infatuated with it. Last year in high school, when I got mono near Christmas, my throat hurt a lot, and for some reason my vocal low range expanded. I sing bass in chorus, and my lowest comfortable note is an E2.
I'm sick again, with something other than mono, and I just sang a B1. I think I like it.

I took my last final today, and moved out of my dorm. It's good to be home, but I think I miss Fredonia.. Too tired, I'll write more later.

My jury was fine.. I got flustered in the beginning and lost some time in the 3/2 pattern, but my accompanist saved me and we got right back on. I played great all the way through the end of thre piece, and nailed the ending. My sight reading was fine, so I'm really happy. I'll get my score tomorrow ( Read more... )
