I met with my endochronologist and I made an appointment to have my thryroid radiated. Then my doctor told me to have an ultrasound of my thryroid because it had developed nodules and she wanted to check if they were over five centimeters

There isn't any need to feel worried, and I think your attitude is the right one, although I suspect for you it's about not caring too much about yourself. Stress will only make this situation a lot worse, and you never know - your lack of stress might actually help any recovery!
