I'm always happy to get a trip back to Spike's court and the dead knights and the vampires being on the job are an intriguing new development. I'm delighted that Giles is on board for Ethan and Spike brain storming. The two of them will probably relish the challenge and I can't wait to see what they come up with.

April will make a good diversion for Glory. I thought she was a sympathetic character, but she is a robot! Buffy being pissy about April nearly besting her was hilarious. Poor Buffy, she seems to be getting battered a lot this time around.

I loved the picture you painted of sleepy Spike sending his guy off to the meeting about the killer robot. The way he offhandedly gave the information about the dead knights was pure Spike. He's so cute and rumpled and grumpy, though, Xander can't help but love him. It's charming.

I know, the court's been kind of absent in this book, don't know how that happened. Had to give them some work to do.

As a sci-fi buff, I figured Xander would have a realistic take on the robot. Bottom line, she can be reprogrammed to forget Warren ever existed, Xander doesn't see much point in feeling sympathetic towards her.

So glad you liked early morning Spike. I just love the thought of the boys together in the morning.

Wow. I bet they really could reprogram the sexbot to at least help. Interesting chapter and very well written.

Plus, if she has some spare time, the robot can go beat the stuffing out of Warren, someone who deserved it if anyone ever did.
