I've been reading this article after seeing it on the news: I am shocked and disappointed that Six Flags is considering selling off a cultural icon and Southern California icon due to their current financial status. I'm disgusted that in order to make a quick buck to bring their stock price

this is not allowed! now granted I havent been to MM since 99. but that is an icon, i would cry if they closed it. i have so many memories of MM. the best days to go were when the park when it was overcast and slightly cooler..lol..i remember twickets!! free fall was my first real roller coaster i rode it when i was 4 my sister put lifts in my shoes and they didnt really check height then put my heels on her toes so i could go.... im afraid of heights buti love coasters..go figure..the first time i opened my eyes on a coaster was at MM. MM always had the thrill rides..i used to know that park forward and backwards, i always had a router i followed, ninja then colossous, then the log ride, then onwards to the back...i want to go to MM now..but in 99 i rode the batman or the riddler one i cant remember and by then my boobs were getting so big that i almost couldnt snap in...i did i squished and forced and ended up sitting funny on the bicycle type seat, it was an uncomfortable ride but it was cool and 2 hours in line i was going on it
