all you need is enough green felt to make a short -above the knee- tube top dress; a stapler; cotton balls for the top and bottom part of your dress to simulate rice; maybe some pinkish felt to simulate the raw fish center, or you could be the raw fish in the middle, either way... It looks super cute one of my friends here did that this weekend.
