Networking - Internet Style

The International Virtual Assistants Association held their annual summit in downtown Portland today. The conference was held at the Hilton Hotel on SW 6th Avenue.between Salmon and Taylor Streets. That video came from this group origianlly (to me) but I honestly do not remember who posted it. I don't think so, though.

Gray hair and all? I'm in the middle in age, also (although I should be leaning much further to the left). :)

Now I know them quite a bit better! We can all be whatever we want to be over the Internet but we become 3-dimensional when face-to-face with personality, voice, and an essence.

I would bet anything at El Gaucho is quite enjoyable. I just don't know anybody who could afford to find out without a sponsor. Care to sponsor me?

The Virtual Assistant Conference is like any other business-oriented conference. Various seminars throughout the day - in this case about Internet marketing, technology tools, etc., and lots of drinking and expensive meals.

I did not attend the conference. We met up with some people who did.
