looking for a hair salon

i just moved from Seattle a couple months ago and am searching for a new hair salon

i live near 82 & Foster, so somewhere within 15-20min/on the east side would be good
i'd like one that uses Loreal dyes and is decently priced ($90 or less for hair dye or bleaching)
