Hi, my name is Melissa, I just joined. I'm from Corvallis. Basically I need somewhere to just post (besides my journal) about what is going on after the floods in NW Oregon and Washington. As we know there was the flood 12/3/07 that destroyed houses and businesses. Or if you are not sure:

It can't help to apply to those shows and see what happens. I live in Sheridan, many people don't relize that we also had major flood damage from the december storm. I took tons of pictures if you would like me to send them to you I have them saved on picasa. The flood came up my street and crested a half block from our home, we were lucky but others we not so lucky some of these homes had been through the 96 floods and the damage the second time around was too much so many homes will have to be burned. It's sad to see such devastation in your own community.
