I HATE relay calls.

I think it's mostly beause at my old job they monitored how long you were on calls and they had to be under 3 minutes. Relay calls always took 30+ minutes. They really screwed me out of a lot of bonuses that way.

Nope. It was the standards that we all had to adhere to no matter what the situation was on the phone. You don't know how many times I wanted the caller to disconnect accidentally.
