Beneficial vs. Ornamental

There's a big big difference between my putting diapers on Luke and a client at work putting a raincoat on her poodle.

Big difference.

Exhibit A:
(for the record, that's mud on the floor.)

Exhibit B:

Heir Professor keeps managing to worry himself out of his didies. I envision duct tape and super glue. And staples.

No staples! Just kidding!

I just cleaned out the mud room yesterday after Luke's current battle with the fart monster, and then he goes and wriggles out of his diaper. Now I have to bleach the room out again. I will maybe be going to the store tonight to get him a smaller size.

Here's Buddy a few days ago, after a boba run:

And this is Amigo!!!

The picture doesn't do him justice.

This is the new water cooler thingy we have at work. I'm in heaven!

This is an amusing little bar light I bought last year. The other side says (duh) PUB OPEN, but we keep that side facing the window, so that when it lights up, our Friendly Neighborhood Keg King can see it. (The good neighbor, that is)

While waiting for lunch to cook this afternoon, I visited my sims again. The Hearted Family. Heef and Sheef, now long dead. Hoof and his wife, now long dead. I think I'm on the fifth generation now. Couple sets of twins. The son, Gus, moved out with his childhood sweetheart, Meadow (who -thanks to The Tombstone of Life and Death- I was able to move in with the family and grow her up), and they had twin daughters: Melody and Harmony. Harmony's a big old lesbian. She married her childhood sweetheart Lisa (a Fortune Sim obsessed with flowerbeds), and - thanks to the Tombstone of Life and Death- had a little boy by her. Named Glen. I'll next get Linda preggers by Harmony, and then they'll adopt a child. Melody also moved out, but she's in limbo right now. Heef was a manwhore and had about eleven kids (only three of them by Sheef), so Bree (the town my sister made) is pretty much all related to itself. The Hearteds have had a big go at the townies, but I don't think it's diluted enough. Eventually I'll be able to start marrying and breeding back into the family line. I'll have to create a couple "pure" families/individuals. Of course, I like to throw in some elves to spice up the gene pool. A torrid affair is never more obvious than when the bastard comes out with pointy ears.

I'm going to be in even bigger trouble with them Sim University expansion pack comes out next month.

Speaking of next month, I took March 7th off. We never do anything on our birthday, but I thought I'd take a day off, anyway. Hothouse Flowers on March 3rd! I hope we can go.
