I have an interview at Johns Hopkins on Tuesday for an Administrative Secretary position. I am unsure if the blouse I chose (Originally a $300 Tahari blouse, a steal for $40 at TJ Maxx) is wholly appropriate. Mostly because: it is kinda sheer. thank you for the input :) I will be taking your advice. However, I do have another question about color: If I have a dress shirt that is kind of a bright red with white pinstripes, would that be too much? It's an otherwise conservative cut. I'm trying to avoid wearing all black with a suit type thing!

Okay, thanks. :D I think I will go with a gray blazer, black pants and white button up shirt then. My mother made a good point that I probably want to look more studious and concerned with accuracy and neatness.

It is possible that we could meet in DC this month! Did you have any particular activity in mind that you might like to engage in? :)
