This time I used regular  rice flour - it rose, but kinda fell apart  and was too wet

Hmm will try 1/2 & 1/2   next time,  I think I also made it in too giant a batch-it  was entirely too wet

Hmm..I just came upon your puta making entries. Are you sure it has to be rice flour? The quick searches I made have recipes calling for all purpose flour. It might be falling apart because the rice flour has no gluten? Maybe? Maybe a combo to rice/all purpose?
