Okay, for your second question. I think it is a doctors duty to help people who are sick or injured, however there considerations to be taken

I didn't mean that the people in my class weren't educated. They just aren't very educated on such topics (ethics) as the people would be that will read this entry. Hence, the single quotation marks

So, a doctor, or similar professional, shouldn't be able to refuse a patient/customer just because they have AIDS, because they knew the risks. A patient/customer has the right to know that there are no such risks when dealing with a doctor, or similar professional
