Miranda gave me a call. She told me about the twists and turns her life has been taking. My wife is getting married. We finally have a real incentive to get divorced. The upside is that Miranda and I will finally have separate lives, something we decided on four years ago. The downside is that I don't believe it, and I don't trust it. Miranda

I know it sounds odd, and in a way it must hurt, but just let her go and move on. Like most people, she is just looking for some stability and routine. Most people never really have happy relationships - they just settle for the lesser of many evils.

You sound like a great guy and you need to be happy and find love again. Don't the make the same mistake I did and carry a torch for someone and then one day find out your 40 years old and probably too set in your ways to ever let someone else into your life.

She did you a real favor, so make the best of it. I hope to hear some good news from your side now.
