Does anyone find it odd that I have completely quit smoking without a problem besides the here and there cravings which have passed, but when I sleep and something shitty happens to me, I always go outside and chain smoke (in my dream)

Guess I smoked for way too long.

Day 4 No smoking. I feel good, really good. I actually went on a break with my best friend and sat there and just sipped on my coffee while she inhaled the toxins. The smell didnt make me want any which is not what I expected. Guess I'm just happy with how I'm feeling lately. Cool Calm and collected! WHHOOOOT!

Surprisingly this is the first time ive actually felt the storm subside within. I feel peaceful. The old me is slowly emerging from within. The kind,childlike,fun, beautiful caring person I thought I had forever lost, has re-surfaced. Today I feel extremely blessed ( Read more... )
