I'm about a 90% organic gardener. I use neither chemical fertilizers or pesticides on anything I grow, and buy organic plants when I can, including certified disease free organic seed potatoes. Elemental sulfur is an organic approved material for soil acidification. No big deal either way, but I figured I'd throw it out there in case you're interested in organic options.
