way to go for removing meat from your diet. it is definitely a goal of mine (again). i have decided to start once i'm out of the restaurant industry because that makes it almost impossible.

the smoking ban has actually made a difference for me since it passed. i actually find myself choosing not to smoke even when i go to the Highlander after work for a beer. i think it's really going to happen. i'm really going to quit.

oh, are you still eating seafood? just asking because of the deep sea fishing trip. if you aren't, i'll just eat all your fish. ;) that is, if there isn't another fucking hurricane slamming into the gulf at that time.

I'm not eating seafood, but I think I can make an exception for something that I have personnaly caught and prepared.

I know how you feel about the fuckers crossing the street. I go up and down boulevard every day. I've wished death on them a few times and counting.

you should still smoke the cigar. since you don't really inhale the smoke, i don't think that violates anything.

Just seems flawed to celebrate my non-addiction to nicotine by smoking. Its like celebrating your celibacy by getting a prostitute.
