yeah, we got it... so far. just have to have all the inspections and approvals and confirmation on the financing.

Happy anniversary!

I brewed some beer that failed to carbonate too, and I was stuck with five gallons of flat beer. I stuck it in a closet thinking I'd use it to marinate steak, and when I opened a bottle months later, it was fizzy! Maybe wait a little longer?

I am hoping the beer does its thing. I am giving it more time and not giving up hope yet. Can't bring myself to discard 5 gallons of irish red ale, even if it's flat.
