I decided to go out for a short run this afternoon as it was beautiful out. The sun was shining, it was a balmy fourty-five degrees, the weather was perfect! I started my run along the D & H canal that is behind my parent's house, what a beautiful path it is! Running along side of a partially frozen canal, with the snow glistening in the sun really
