This past weekend Brian, Benjamin, Brian's parents and their respective new partners, and I all went frolicking through Duke Gardens in Durham, next to Chapel Hill. there were lots of flowers and I climbed a tree! so kind of you to think of me! i miss that cherry blossom dress. i saw a picture of me in it from summer 02? and thought to myself "where on earth-- when on earth was the last time i saw that badass fae gown!" and now i know it has not disappear'd of the face of the earth, i wore it but 2 springs ago with thee!!!!

I love Chapel Hill. It's my second choice for graduate school locations.

ooo we're thinking about moving there when our lease is up. you should move here and we can cause mayhem. also, i've just been informed that Duke Gardens is actually in Durham, which has a rival sports team with Chapel Hill's college sports team or something... so people who care about such things would be horrified that i was saying Duke Gardens is in Chapel Hill... but whatever- they're right next to each other
