I agree with the others, if you haven't been doing something sexually related, then it is likely stress. It's happened to me before as well. But do talk to a nurse or something so that you won't worry about it on top of everything else!

I used to be a night person and was all grouchy and super dead in the mornings, but somehow after coming out here I got to waking up early and just sticking with it!
